I just figured out how to take screenshots in The Sims 2 while using Windows 7. :) For some reason they look squished. I dunno.

Here they are:

Here is my new girl, Donna Fisher. :) I love her hair and makeup. :) I dunno about the dress though. :) She's a capricorn, pleasure Sim. :)

As you can see, she's afraid of using public toilets like me. XD

The rest of the house. I just moved her in a cheap house in Strangeville. :) I'll look up the money cheat code and fix up the place later. :) It's been a very, very long time since I simmed. :)

The very first thing Donna does is get on her computer, play a game, check email and chat with Nervous haha! Omg, she's like me. :P

The first person who walked by delivered the newspaper and then this girl walked by. :) I think her name is Tina. :)

Donna keeps getting back on the comp. Tina just walked right in after her and turned on the tv. :P

The welcome party came, but I forgot to take a screenshot. I don't know the names of them. This is a guy I made a year ago named Dave. Sadly all the other sims didn't like him too much. :( I ordered chumcha and while it was on its way, Donna kept pulling out tv dinners. :P This guy with glasses ended up eating one and I think there's one ~~rotting~~ defrosting on the counter now haha!

I don't understand why she couldn't get out of her chair, but I had to move the table and then she got up and read the newspaper. :) That's Dave reading over her shoulder. :P

I quit and ordered a real chumcha. Bacon, sausage and extra cheese. Om nom nom. It'll be here in a few. :)

A quicker cheat for money is the familyfunds cheat. You have to make sure you're in the neighborhood view and you type in

familyfunds[familyname][monetary value]

Just remove the brackets and make sure you don't use commas.

i.e. familyfunds fisher 100000

It doesn't add to the amount of money, it just sets it to that amount.

I believe it's just "aging off" without the quotations. If you want to re-enable aging, "aging on."

Ah, yeah, the familyfunds cheat. :)

Yeah, I must prefer that one over motherlode. Though, if I need just quick few thousand, I do end up using that.

I'm the opposites. I'll just use motherlode. :D

xP I like to not have my Sims go to work unless I make them a hacker or an author. So I end up just giving them a fair amount of money right off (couple million) and I do what I want from there.

I really like Donna's look but the dress would probably look a little bit better if it was a bit darker?

That's how it was set up last I remember. I believe it works that way in Sims 3 and I figured they kept the same format as the predecessor.

I know I was somehow using he in game screenshots before, but they never worked. And using printscreen before I edited the compatibility always came up with the desktop instead of the game window. It's a Windows 7 issue from what I found online.

I use Gadwin Print Screen. It's a free download. I hit the print screen key anytime I want to take a screen shot and it automatically saves it to a folder...and my shots don't look smushy. Love it!

That's what I was using to take these. :S Maybe it's my resolution? What do you have yours at? :)
