Finished Superhot (the story mode) and I liked the gamplay, as well as the all white surroundings, which was a nice change from games that try to compete on how dark and grim everything can be. I played with mouse and keyboard (can't do VR because I'm blind in one eye,) though I've seen *a lo* of people say that VR is the way to play this game.
It took me 15 hours to complete the story mode, though I'm *really bad* at games that require a lot of precision; I've seen reviews where people have beat the story in under two hours.
Overall I'd give it an 8/10.
Spoilers are under a cut.
tbh I feel like that ending was depressing. I mean, I liked the gameplay by itself well enough, but the ending where you killed yourself was super dark. I'm not a fan of the "technology is evil" trope, idk if I'd call it that, but the ending was depressing imo.
I will still buy the expansion/sequel, because I did like how the gameplay was done. I'm also going to do the challenges, because the katana is an awesome weapon.
