So I got Skyrim today and by the time I got online (about an hour ago), I got through the very first 'chapter' if that's what they're called. I am loving the graphics so far, that's for sure. Below are some screen shots that I took (under the cut too). Very beginning of the game and one of the character I created.














She was about to get her head chopped off/hence the view (:

LOL It was right in the beginning and in the storyline they collected up all these people and were going to execute them, then when it was her turn the dragon came ... lol

I finished Skyrim recently. Amazing game. And so beautiful! :D

I am still getting the hang of it. I'm used to multi-player, but this game 'moves' like wow (keys, etc), so it's been easier to get into it.

xD I love Skyrim but I'm a wretched cheat in games. I can't help but use the console commands (something Bethesda implemented Skyrim, Fallout 3, and Fallout New Vegas, from what I've been told by Jason).

I need to get back into that game, I still haven't even beat a dragon yet!

Have fun! Skyrim's great, especially modded. Check out STEP for a compilation of mods that enhance graphics and fix bugs, and GEMS for mods which enhance gameplay (conveniently sorted into categories). Vanilla Skyrim is an amazing game without any mods installed, but there are some *really* talented modders out there that manage to push the gameplay experience from amazing to phenomenal. :)

P.S. being married in Skyrim = hilarious. My character's spouse became a merchant - I went into her buy/sell menu and she was trying to sell her wedding ring. I didn't realise living with my character was *that* bad. :P
